Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan. To confirm: any areas we cannot deliver to.

Delivery charges

Delivery is a flat ₨ 250 per order anywhere in Pakistan. You’ll see it at checkout before you place your order.

To confirm: whether orders above a certain amount get free delivery. The PKR 2,999 threshold in Notion is marked as a temporary assumption.

When your order is dispatched

• Cash on delivery orders are prepared after you place your order. To confirm: whether COD orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Bank transfer orders are prepared once your payment is confirmed.
• Gift boxes are packed to order.

To confirm: delivery times by city, for example major cities and other areas.

Sending a gift

Enter the recipient’s name, address and phone number as the delivery address, and add your gift message in the order notes at checkout. For gifts, we recommend paying by bank transfer so the recipient doesn’t have to pay on delivery.

Tracking your order

To confirm: courier name and how customers receive tracking details.

If no one is available

To confirm: what happens if a delivery attempt fails: re-delivery, return to us and any charges.
