Which payment methods can I use?
Cash on delivery or bank transfer. Choose your option at checkout. Card payments are not available at the moment.
How does bank transfer work?
Choose Bank transfer at checkout. After you place your order, you’ll see our bank details on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Use your order number as the payment reference. We start preparing your order once the payment is confirmed.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you can see your orders and save your address for next time.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat ₨ 250 per order anywhere in Pakistan. You’ll see it at checkout before you place your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Sizes & products
Which clothing sizes do you offer?
Our clothing comes in 0–3, 3–6 and 6–12 months. The newborn starter set and the cap, mittens and booties set are made for 0–3 months.
How are towels, swaddles and blankets sized?
Textiles don’t have clothing sizes. We list their measurements instead, for example 75 × 75 cm for the hooded towel.
Which colours are available?
Many of our pieces come in white, and some also come in blue and pink. Each product page shows the colours available for that product.
Gifts
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, gift messages are free. Add your message in the order notes at checkout.
Can you deliver a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name, address and phone number as the delivery address. For gifts, we recommend paying by bank transfer so the recipient doesn’t have to pay on delivery.
What’s inside your gift boxes?
Every gift box lists its full contents, with quantities, on its product page. Boxes come packed in a cream gift box with tissue paper and product-care cards.
